This Sims 3 Mod adds a single plant that can grow any kind of fruit or vegetable found in the Sims 3. It can even grow recipe books! And meat! Yes, a meat producing plant, just like we’ve been yearning for all these years. To get the Chef’s Plabt, you simply enter buy mode, navigate to ‘Decor’ and then ‘DecorPlants’. There you will be able to buy ‘The Chef’s Plant Seed’. This must be planted outdoors, as it won’t fit into a planter unless you use the MoveObjects cheat, which I recommend you do. You’ll have to look after the Chef’s Plant in the same way you look after any plant, you can fertilize it with your best fertilizers, water it, weed it and finally, harvest it.
This sims 3 garden plant mod makes the tedious task of gardening much more doable for sims who can’t devote their entire lives to tending a vegetable patch. (For any decent sized garden, you pretty much have to devote at least one member of the family to a full time gardener role, which is ridiculous.)
Patient gardeners who leave the plant to mature once fully grown will the thrilled to discover that every day the ‘fruit’ of the tree (be it fruit or meat or something else) increases in quality every day. An outstanding bell pepper or carrot is only a few days away.
It just makes sense to download a plant that can grow sausages, tomato and lettuce all at the same time, doesn’t it? As soon as EA added the Sunshine Daisy plant from Plants and Zombies to the store, everything became fair game in my limited opinion.
This Sims 3 plant mod will not conflict with any other mods and simply adds a new .class file, so you can use it with other mods to your heart’s content.
